Returns and Refunds Policy
1. Order Cancellations
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the order has already been processed for shipping.
2. Non-Cancellable Items
We do not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables, etc. However, refunds or replacements can be processed if the customer establishes that the quality of the delivered product was not up to standard.
3. Returns for Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, please report it to our Customer Service team within 7 days of receiving the item.
- The request will be considered once the merchant verifies the issue at their end.
- If the product is found to be damaged or defective, we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
4. Product Not as Described
If you believe that the product received is not as shown on the website or does not meet your expectations, you must notify our Customer Service team within 7 days of receiving the product. After reviewing your complaint, we will take the necessary action.
5. Manufacturer Warranty
For products that come with a manufacturer warranty, customers should contact the manufacturer directly for support and service.
6. Refund Processing Time
- Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 1-2 business days.
- The refund will be credited to the original payment method used by the customer.
